What to expect?
- You’ll come in for a consultation with one of our specialists. They’ll do an in detail evaluation, examining X-rays, bone assessment, clinical assessment, etc determining what the best course of action for you is, based on your requirements and goals. Your doctor will guide you accordingly and will also estimate the time duration of the treatment
- When you’ve decided to start treatment, your orthodontist will place the braces or Invisalign aligners. For braces, this involves attaching brackets directly to your teeth and threading the archwire. For Invisalign, you’ll receive your custom-made aligners and your orthodontist will guide you on how to use it.
- Throughout the course of your treatment, you’ll have regular monthly appointments to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. For braces, this might involve changing wires or tightening them periodically. With Invisalign, you’ll receive new aligner, we will make sure there is a proper fit and keep checking your progress.
- During each visit, your orthodontist will check the alignment and make sure everything is progressing smoothly as planned. They will also keep providing you with instructions for care and answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
- Once your treatment is complete, you’ll transition to the retention phase, which involves wearing a retainer to ensure your teeth stay in their new positions. The orthodontist will determine which retainer you need and would fit you the best.
- Each appointment is an opportunity to address any concerns and ensure that your treatment is on track. Regular attendance is absolutely crucial for achieving the best results and maintaining your oral health.
